The spirit of Dennis Hopper Day comes alive through the “Easy Rider Ride,” a stirring motorcycle run that kicks off at Ranchos Plaza and takes you along the Enchanted Circle, showcasing the rich culture of Taos Pueblo and the stunning vistas of the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. From the “Easy Rider” opening scene filmed at ‘La Contenta,’ to the ruins of the old stagecoach hot springs, and the legendary Taos County Court House Jail, where audiences were introduced to George Hanson (Jack Nicholson) for the first time, the “Easy Rider Ride” is wild and adventurous.
